Five Teas that Depend on Nature’s Intervention
This Focused Tasting session will feature 5 teas that only taste as they do because of a crucial combination of natural circumstances. The powers of Nature and the ‘terroir’ of a particular region or garden (and of course the skill of the tea growers and makers) always play their own particular and special role in creating individual teas that each have a very distinct character. But there are a few teas made each year that cannot be created if all the essential conditions do not harmonise at exactly the right moment.
We will focus on the following teas:
