Johns Hopkins HealthCare, BTE and Trion, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC, have teamed up to provide fully integrated, cost-effective health management solutions within a worksite medical home environment to improve productivity and reduce costs related to chronic disease. Traditional worksite delivery models have focused on managing chronic disease using carrier or DM-based approaches which are often hampered by integration challenges and may ignore important synergies with occupational health programs and initiatives. The presenters will outline several integrated health management solutions and how they can be successfully integrated into worksite health centers to improve productivity and health and manage total costs.
