Dave Beech presently serves as the Director of Health Management Services for Marsh and McLennan (Trion Division) and is based in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in the health care consulting arena working with both employers and providers. He specializes in employee health strategy, product design, high deductible plans, worksite health services, health management and wellbeing, ACO/high performance networks, provider/direct contracting, and health care analytics. Dave has worked extensively with major Fortune and nonprofit clients including engagements with CalPERS, Apple, Facebook, Volvo, 3M, Delta Airlines, Caesars Entertainment, Scripps Healthcare, Providence Health, Ascension Health, Mayo Health Services, Johns Hopkins, and Yale New Haven Health System. Dave has been a frequent presenter at national and regional health care conferences including the National Business Group on Health, Integrated Benefits Institute, Children’s Hospital Association, American Bar Association, AICPA, and CEBS. He has also been an expert resource for publications such as NY Times, Washington Post and LA Times. Prior to joining Marsh/Trion, David held various regional and national positions with Willis Towers Watson, PWC, and Deloitte. Dave has a BA in Biology from UCLA, and a BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota. Dave also completed a 3 month leadership program at Harvard Business School.
