• Indoor - Outdoor reset and the benefits of it.  How it can improve system efficiency by 20% and why it should be used.
• Explaining simple steps of annual maintenance for Mod/Con boilers.
• The importance of using a combustion analyzer to make burner adjustments.  Making high efficient boilers operate at their maximum efficiency.
• Discussion of issues that can occur if Mod/Con boilers are not maintained annually.  Problems that result as a result of lack of maintenance.
