Maintaining workers focus on EHS responsibilities during difficult or uncertain times is a difficult task for anyone to keep up with. PTCs come and go, companies struggle with finances from failed IPOs and mergers and workers who are on the front lines may not be able to focus on identifying and mitigating the hazards for the work they are performing during these times. This presentation will identify issues that can make it difficult for workers to focus on performing the task at hand safely and demonstrate some methods which have worked to accomplish this challenge.
