I have been in the wind industry for 18 years, working in various positions from field technician, rigger and boom truck operator, Site and Regional Manager and EHS Manager while maintaining only 4 employers, 2 of which were companies who bought out smaller companies I worked for. For the last 6 years I have been part of an EHS department which developed and implemented policies for a thriving company which was purchased and continues to push to better methods and a higher bar.
