Florida’s
Office of
Fiscal
Integrity

detect

investigate
the
misappropriation

misuse
of
state
assets
in
a
manner that
safeguards
the
interests
of
the
State
of
Florida and
its
taxpayers.
This
presentation
will
include
an
overview
of actual
closed
criminal
fraud
investigations
that
focus on
types
of
insurance fraud
and a
variety
of
methods
by
which
state funds
have been
illegally
taken.
