Most credit cards in the U.S. now contain chips that improve their offline security. And that’s pushing more fraud online. Our speaker projects a 125% spike in online fraud caused in part by the spread of chip cards. Under such pressure, retailers must develop or buy more sophisticated payment security. Our first speaker, a researcher and consultant who has 10+ years in payment security and fraud-prevention technology, will provide specific actions e-retailers can take to mitigate their fraud exposure.
