This course reviews ways for individuals to effectively address situations in which they feel overwhelmed by multiple demands and time pressures. Discussion will review common pitfalls of inefficiency and help individuals identify their personal time wasters. Participants will be given an opportunity to identify their common challenges with time and task demands, and will explore specific strategies they can employ to increase their level of effectiveness and productivity.
