Education and Development Trainer



Paula is an employee education and development trainer with Optima Health. She holds degrees in psychology and English and her professional experience in the field of training and development spans over two decades. She has worked with both public and private sector organizations, designing comprehensive on-boarding programs, facilitating compliance and soft skills trainings, supporting leadership development of executive-level leaders, and advising clients on effective learning transfer practices. Paula is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Association for Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
