Learn about the culture of poor cyber hygiene that plagued OPM and likely aided the adversary in its breach. A group of DHS IT professionals will discuss current IT Security programs and priorities across DHS. Discussions of how the HQ oversees the detecting, analyzing and response to cyber threats will be presented. DHS runs a federated model that requires the HQ SOC to oversee their networks and coordinate with component SOCs within the agency.
