The presenters will discuss in detail the latest in current home health fraud schemes and program vulnerabilities. The discussion will include the latest trends and schemes identified that affect Medicare reimbursement on a daily basis. These trends and schemes include, but are not limited to the forging of the physician's signature as well as the signing of documents by a physician without establishing a patient-physician relationship as required by Medicare. Current examples and best practices will be discussed.
