We must first begin with what does it mean to be a leader? What are people experiencing when you are in their presence? We must than ask, is your leadership in alignment with your peoples experiences? Once we define your true purpose and goal for leading then begins the shaping of your legacy. Legacy is the end result of the struggle and determination put forth to make a difference, to dream, evaluate, stand in and up for purposes greater than self. Great leaders not only have vision for others but a personal vision of who they could become! Creating a legacy is for the person who is serious about being a leader and committed to exploring the greatness within. Whats your LEGACY status?
