Lisa Harris is the founder of LA Harris Inc. She is a professional development trainer, personal coach, a business consultant, professor and motivational speaker. Her focus is leadership, change management, strategy and branding. Lisa is committed to and passionate about empowering people to transform themselves and the people around them along with transforming the environment where they “take up space.” Her motto has always been to “leave people and places better than she first encountered them.” he received a BA in Broadcast Communications and Journalism from Hampton University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She began her career at Ford Motor Company where she travelled the U.S. and excelled at client management, strategy, sales, marketing, training and organizational effectiveness. Later, American Express recruited her to become VP of Client Management and Retail Trade. She is an adjunct professor where she teaches leadership, management and ethics to MBA and Executive MBA students.
