The session begins with an overview of consumers' perceptions of craft beer and the role that hops and hop varieties play in that perception. We’ll then take a look at a few different hops and fractions to discuss their flavor profiles, growing regions and their position in the current hop market. During this rapid session we’ll be venturing outside of traditional hop usage to new applications where the hop flavor profile can be used.
