The presentation will focus on the organizational change required in the hiring and training process for the transition from the traditional job as a driver to a professional partner. This transition will allow for the recruitment and hiring of better qualified candidates, building the workforce through the establishment of a sufficient pool of experienced drivers, and promoting employee engagement within the organization.
The driver as a professional partner will actively participate in the development and implementation of policies/procedures; participate in business processes and decisions; engage in continual learning; interact with management; and share achievements and challenges with their peers.
