Many young professionals have heard from major companies about what they seek in an employee. How many of these companies, however, have heard from their candidates about what they seek in a future employer? This session will serve to turn the tables on the typical talent development session, featuring speakers providing a recruiter perspective, a job candidate perspective and insights from the leadership of ASTA's "FuSE" (Future Seed Executives) subcommittee to help illuminate the best ways to cultivate both talented team members and job satisfaction.
