A state-owned plant hired a safety management consulting group to evaluate and improve its safety management program. It soon was discovered that electrical safety presented the most imminent safety risk. The safety management group engaged the services of a consultancy that specialized in electrical safety programs. In this session, we’ll discuss not only the NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S requirements, but also the practical implementation of an electrical safety program, as well as the challenges. Any organization can follow this successfully implemented program.
