The program is geared toward leadership and line personnel as it addresses both personal and cultural factors contributing to many first responders suffering in silence. The program relies on the presenter’s 30 years of experience in the mental health field and direct work with first responders in counseling sessions and work as a peer support clinical director for the cities of Newport News and Hampton.
