Safety is in the hands of each individual, and OSHA’s minimum standards should not be the bar to reach but rather the base from which organizations start and build safety programs. This session will discuss how comprehensive safety training combined with real-life experience can create awareness of the importance of safety; ensure the organization is comfortable with reporting safety hazards; and stress the importance of repairing safety hazards quickly, efficiently and effectively with the ultimate goal of minimizing injuries.
