This interactive session incorporates three separate vignettes that represent various phases of the grievance process. Each vignette is followed by a discussion of best practices and dos and don’ts in the grievance process. You’ll gain an understanding of the importance of sound preparation on the part of both union and management participants, and leave with tips and strategies for resolving disputes at the earliest stage.
