The Office Chief of Signal will present an overview of Signal personnel transformation actions. The Signal Regiment transformation is designed to reskill our Signal Workforce to the work roles required to succeed in the environment described in the Army

Operating Concept and to operate the networks of 2020 and beyond. The briefing will include changes to 25A Officer education; establishment of the 25G Network Integration Officer military occupational specialty (MOS); revision of the Functional Area (FA) 24 and FA53 into 26A and 26B; elevation of 26B course to masters’ level education; changes in the education and security requirements for 255A, 255N and 255S Warrant Officer cohorts; and Enlisted MOS, education and force structure changes.
