This two-part program will demystify what a brand is and provide ways to strengthen and leverage your brand in your market and online. By looking at successful brands outside and inside the automotive care industry you will see how you can incorporate simple things in your business to differentiate you from your competitors. Part 1 - will focus on helping you understand what a brand is and how a brand influences consumer’s buying decisions.
