In this poster session, counselors will gain knowledge on healthy and unhealthy lifestyles and behaviors. Further, attendees will learn about assessing their personal wellness and discrepancies between their perceived wellness and actual wellness. Additionally, self-care strategies for counselors and clients will be addressed.
