Despite years of counseling experience, new supervisors may be nervous about whether they truly have something to offer counselors-in-training. In this roundtable, the presenters will introduce widely used supervision models and evidenced-based strategies, discuss their integrated personal supervision models, explore the imposter syndrome in relation to supervision, and facilitate open discussion for participants to hear others’ first experiences.
