Abstract:

Power Management Analog is forecasted, as the largest IC product category, in terms of unit shipments.

Mobility is driving more and more dependency on battery based products used over a broad spectrum of applications from automotive, medical , mobile communications and other consumer products.  Many new applications have been lumped into IoT which itself is driving huge volumes, higher levels of integration, higher accuracy and higher voltages .

The semiconductor industry is looking for solutions to achieve faster time to market and lower unit test costs.  As an ATE company, Advantest is challenged to provide optimal solutions to address low pin count, high mix devices through to complex highly integrated SOCs.

In this session, I will present a powerful new channel card for the V93000 setting new standards in terms of capability and performance.  These new solutions give an insight to how we at Advantest are looking into the future of analog testing and how these solutions will shape ATE capabilities in the future.
