IoT connected devices comprise a wide range of SiP applications addressing demand within smart homes and smart cities, wearables, safety and security protection, intelligent automotive, smart grid, robotics and smart manufacturing, environment, agriculture, health and medical, and many more. As an industry, we must work in partnership to overcome technical challenges and foster innovation in deeply heterogeneous integration involving the latest Fan In and Fan Out technologies, as well as engage in truly constructive collaboration across the entire ecosystem.
