This session will look at the materials requirements for semiconductor high volume manufacturing at 7/5nm. We will discuss what innovations will be required from device makers, and also review fab cost structures and implications. In addition, the session will seek to build an understanding of the future expectations and solutions from equipment OEMs and materials suppliers.
