James Henry Dunne, Esq., President, Service Dynamics® Guest Satisfaction Solutions
In the wake of Ms. Sarah Huckabee Sanders being asked to leave a restaurant based on her political views, and a Supreme Court decision regarding a Colorado baker declining to create a cake for a same-sex couple wedding (but offering to sell them anything else in the store they wish), I would like to speak on the legal implications of such decisions by operators, and also speak about the Hospitality implications of such decisions. Guests Legal Rights, Operators Legal Rights and the Hospitality Implications of Declining Service Based on Different Affiliations, Values or Political Beliefs.
