This woman-owned and family-run business has a 75,000 sq ft HAACP-certified production facility in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Spice Lab has USDA Organic certification for packaging organic spices, with SQF certification pending and expected to be final in October.

“We offer premium custom blending without the huge minimums often required by larger co-packers,” says Brett Cramer, who co-founded the company with his wife Jennifer in 2009. “We focus on small batch, all-natural products and have a chef-in-residence to assist in creating the perfect, proprietary seasoning blends.”

The Spice Lab has more than 50 unique seasoning blends – from Nashville Hot Chicken, Classic Steakhouse and Spicy Seafood to Adobo, Mojo and Everything+More bagel topping mix. They are all-natural, OU Kosher and most are gluten-free. The extensive salt selection includes many smoked and flake salts as well as Himalayan Pink Salt, Hawaiian salts, Fleur de Sel, Italian Black Truffle Salt and more.

Creative Mixology Sugar and Salt Drink Rimmers

Marketed under The Spice Lab’s Creative Mixology brand, this line of all-natural Drink Rimmers includes sweet and savory options to spice up your cocktail menu. The sugars include Zesty Orange and Lemon Drop Sugar along with Pumpkin Spice Sugar and Peppermint Sugar to create signature seasonal drinks. The salt Drink Rimmers include Traditional Margarita Salt, Key Lime Salt, Chili Lime Margarita and Bloody Mary Salt.
