As Bakersland we can proudly claim that we are producing, hands down, the best tart shells in the market. However, our scope is pushing our boundaries every day. Puff Pastry Shells (Cream Rolls, Cream Horns) and Wafer Rolls (Chocolate Sprinkles, Coconut Flakes, Biscuit Crumbles and Wafer Straws) are also part of our product list. In 2018 we developed a Brownie Crisp with organic chocolate that is perfect to dunk in milk or eat with ice cream.
In 2019 the R+D department doesn't stop the creativity process and we have been presenting to some customers a dozen or more new ideas to develop. It includes different kind of fruits, cheese and other flavors. Come and visit our stand to find out!
Also, Bakersland diversifies with other product lines: Fondant Ribbons and Sugar Decor for cakes, Retail product ready-to-eat and Salvadoran Bakery Product exported directly from the country of origin.
