All our products are made by hand in a dedicated gluten free facility in Seattle from naturally gluten free Ancient Grains (Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet). The result is a delicious, fiber-rich food that is superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn based gluten free foods.
