All our products are made by hand in a dedicated gluten free facility in Seattle from naturally gluten free Ancient Grains (Amaranth, Teff, Sorghum, and Millet). The result is a delicious, fiber-rich food that is superior in taste, texture and nutrition to the vast majority of typical rice and corn based gluten free foods. All products are certified gluten free, certified whole grain and most are Non-GMO Project Verified.
