Torrance, CA – Zojirushi, manufacturer of premium commercial kitchen appliances, will premier their new large capacity Thermal Gravity Pot® Beverage Dispenser (SY-BA60) during the Global Specialty Coffee Expo. The new size will hold up to 1.5 gallons (6.0 liters) and was designed to meet the need for larger capacity beverage service products. The liner is constructed of durable stainless steel and uses Zojirushi’s superior vacuum insulation technology to keep beverages hot or cold for extended periods of time.
Zojirushi’s almost 100-year history in manufacturing and designing high quality vacuum insulated products ensures consistent beverage temperatures. In addition, using the force of gravity to dispense beverages minimizes oxidation and helps preserve flavor longer. Hour after hour, cup after cup, Zojirushi’s technology assists in making a perfect tasting beverage.
NSF certified, the Gravity Pot® was designed to fit under most large volume commercial coffee brewing machines, and the durable and stylish design make it suitable for use in front or back of house. The plastic body exterior resists dents and corrosion, providing reliability and durability to meet the needs of today’s foodservice and hospitality industries.
The new Thermal Gravity Pot® Beverage Dispenser also comes with a host of features such as: a large 17 oz. removable drip tray; Brew-Thru® lid with mesh filter; one-touch detachable serving base; a lever-style dispense mechanism; sturdy fold down handle for portability; detachable sight gauge and valve set for easy-cleanability. The Gravity Pot® is also available without the serving base, and comes in a smaller 2.5-liter capacity. There is a 5-year warranty on heat retention, and the unit is ADA compliant.
