The award was presented by Pronto VP of Sales & Marketing, Robert Roos, during the National Pronto Shareholders Conference in Dallas on Sept. 26.
In presenting the award, which is voted on by shareholders, Mr. Roos read a few of the comments submitted by members:

“Their staff is knowledgeable and responds quickly to my needs.”
In accepting the award, Centric’s VP of Traditional Aftermarket Sales, Charlie Kirkland noted, “It is quite an honor to receive this award. We truly see our relationships with our customers as partnerships and we value them highly.” He continued, “I want to thank all of the members who voted for us and I want to acknowledge the whole Centric team who made this possible. The management and employees of Centric Parts work diligently to deliver world class products and services to our partners, and working with Pronto has made us a better company.”
The 2016 Pronto Partnership Award represents just the latest honor for Centric Parts, which also earned Supplier of the Year honors from Pronto in 2009 and 2014. These are just a few of the dozens of industry and customer awards Centric has earned since its founding in 2000.
