In 1985, from Torrance, California, Paul Spencer started his family owned business by manufacturing the “Cruiser Original” Chain frame. In 1996, Cruiser Accessories moved to Monument, Colorado.

The system consists of UV protected matte black forged aluminum Hub & Arms, 3/8” thick x 24” wide fiber reinforced rubber Mudflaps, stainless steel sleeved rods, stainless steel, zinc, & chrome plated hardware.
