ALAN F. GORDON SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. BANC OF AMERICA SECURITIES, LLC Alan F. Gordon is Senior Vice President and Gaming Industry Manager for Bank of America’s Commercial Lending Division in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was Vice President and Gaming Industry Manager from October, 1986 (predecessor Valley Bank of Nevada) to January 2001. Prior to coming to Las Vegas in 1982, Gordon worked for PNC Bank (formerly Provident National Bank), a major Philadelphia bank for seven years. He just celebrated his 25th year with the Bank. Gordon is responsible for Bank of America’s southern Nevada direct gaming relationships; overseeing and coordinating the Bank’s Native American gaming opportunities/relationships in the middle market and coordinating activities with Bank of America’s Corporate Gaming unit for larger corporate gaming relationships. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Gordon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Swarthmore College in 1975, and took post graduate courses in Business Administration and Finance at Drexel University. Gordon serves on the Executive Committee / Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas, is a past Chairman (2006). He also serves on the Executive Committee for the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open. In addition to his family, he divides his free time between golf and motorcycling.
