Daniel McGhee is a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians in Alabama and 21 year employee of the Tribe. He has a broad level of knowledge and professional experience in gaming operations and gaming regulatory standards. As Tribal Gaming Commission Administrator, he created the Tribe’s current Tribal Gaming Commission office and directed its growth from a single employee to its current staff of fifty. He was General Manager of one of the Tribes three gaming facilities for two years, as well as, a Tribal Council Member for 9 years. His varied experience has given him a unique perspective and advantage in the gaming industry. This diverse background has enabled him to see issues from several different viewpoints and in turn recommend diplomatic solutions while taking various outcomes into consideration. Mr. McGhee holds a Masters Degree in Business from Faulkner University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Alabama.
