Pam manages several properties for Kaw Gaming, Inc., including the SouthWind Casino-Braman, SouthWind Casino-Newkirk, the Kanza Casino, and the Kanza Travel Plaza. Her passion in life is helping to fulfill the very important mission of Indian Gaming and mentoring young casino professionals as they find their path in the industry that she loves. During her 10+ years in Indian Gaming, she has had the opportunity to be involved in several casino projects and openings as well as served in multiple positions including Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Director of Guest Service Assurance, General Manager, and COO. Ms. Shaw embraces the daily challenges that come along with managing people and facilities in an extremely competitive and maturing market. Pam is a proud member of the Osage Nation. Her love for her Native ways and customs serves as a guide to her in her professional career and she is honored to have the opportunity to serve Tribes in this manner.
