Bill is a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Management Division and is based in San Francisco. Prior to Joining Goldman Sachs, Bill was a director in Business Development for Capital Dynamics, a private equity firm. Prior to Capital Dynamics, Bill was the senior portfolio manager for a California based tribe and prior to joining the tribe, Bill worked in financial services at Merrill Lynch. Outside of work, Bill is the founder of the NCAI - Harvard Fiduciary Investment Training Program, he is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Museum of the American Indian and he previously served as the President of the Native American Finance Officers Association for 9 years. He is an enrolled member of the Gitxsan Nation. Bill earned an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and Juris Doctor in Law from the University of British Columbia.
