Austin Badger joined the NIGC as a staff attorney with the Office of General Counsel a little over a year ago. Prior to joining the agency he was in private practice with a firm that specializes in tribal gaming matters. His gaming industry experience also includes work as a slot data and marketing analyst for a commercial gaming operation in Maine and a brief stint as a blackjack dealer in Louisiana. Austin is the Regional Attorney for the NIGC’s Sacramento Region.
