Ms. Ramone began her gaming industry career in 1993 employed as the Finance Manager for the Shoshone Bannock Tribes new Bingo building. She witnessed the evolution of tribal gaming industry grow from bingo halls to the industry standards most tribes currently have now. In 1999, she became staff accountant for a minority woman owned business and assisted at propelling the organization from five employees to 200 within 3 years. After working in the public sector she then returned to tribal gaming in 2002 to serve as a commissioner while earning a bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University. The regulatory aspect was another strength added to her skill set to assist in the 8+ years of fulfilling various tenures as Interim CEO, Interim General Manager and her permanent status as AGM at the Shoshone Bannock Gaming Operations. Ms. Ramone is a tribal member of the Shoshone Bannock Tribe and has resided within the Fort Hall Reservation for most of her life. Her dedication to developing leadership skills in staff allows for growth and success in her organization.
