Jaye Showalter is the Safety Manager for Sycuan Casino in El Cajon, Ca. Jaye pioneered the way for women as the first female engineer admitted to the AFL-CIO of Southern California. She is a certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Health Environmental Manager; with an Associates degree in Occupational Health and Safety, and has received commendations from the Chief of Police, the Mayor’s Office, and the City Council for her service to the San Diego community. Jaye brings 30+ years of experience escorting over 50 OSHA inspections to share with you today. Her special guest is the Area Director of Fed/OSHA from the San Diego Office, Andrea Reid, who will be joining us today at 3:45 for audience questions.
