Lucien has worked in gaming for over 30 years, the first 12 of which as Slot Attendant, Slot Shift Manager, and Slot Manager. He then started travelling the world as a consultant, helping his clients to analyse their slot operations and maximise results. He started The Slot Academy some 10 years ago and hundreds of managers have since benefited from his knowledge. Lucien has travelled the world and counts a number of well-known casinos amongst his ever-growing group of clients. In the USA and Canada Lucien has worked with SIGA (Saskatchewan), AGLC (Alberta), PARX Casino (Pennsylvania), the Mill Casino (Oregon), and the Choctaw Casino (Oklahoma) to just name a few. In addition to working with leading casino operators, Lucien actively advises a number of prominent casino suppliers. The course Lucien provides is accredited by the University of Reno (Nevada).
