As Chief Executive Officer, Mark Astone is involved in all critical decisions at the top ranked Catalyst Marketing Company; a full service marketing company. Mark’s primary responsibilities are two-fold: to ensure that clients receive quality service and to grow the business and market client base. Mark assists in the market planning for many of the clients, and ensures that the Company has the appropriate level of resources assigned to an account so that client expectations are exceeded. With decades of experience, Mark plays an active role as senior consultant to many of our Gaming and Hospitality clients including North Star, Table Mountain, Soaring Eagle, Cliff Castle and Hilton Hawaiian Village to name a few. Mark’s role is simple – do whatever it takes to ensure success for our clients and their businesses. That means always being available to meet, regardless of the issue and he takes a personal interest in the well-being of every single one of our clients and their team members. Mark understands that our ultimate success is based entirely on that of the organizations for whom we work. For over 20 years, Mark Astone has been the catalyst for the company’s growth from twelve to nearly 40 employees. Catalyst provides their clients with cutting-edge advertising, communication and strategic planning solutions through a collection of solid experience, creative thinking and professional leadership; hallmarks of Mark’s entrepreneurial management vision. Mark holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from California State University in Fresno and was recently awarded his advanced OPM degree from Harvard University. He brings that solid background and acumen to every project, and every relationship.
