Leo Culloo is the General Manager of The Point Casino owned and operated by the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe. The casino is located in Kingston, Washington. Prior to becoming the General Manager eight years ago Mr Culloo served as the Executive Director of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Gaming Agency. Mr. Culloo has more than 20 years casino experience serving in positions such as: table games manager; director of security and surveillance; director of internal compliance and general manager. He has worked at casinos in Colorado, Florida and Washington. Prior to working in the casino industry he was employed for 15 years as a police officer in Austin, Texas. He was honorably discharged from the Army after serving 6 years. Mr Culloo holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. While away from work Leo enjoys Golf (although it does not seem to enjoy him), hiking, cross country skiing and traveling. He currently lives in Allyn, Washington with his wife Kim. He has 2 grown children and became a first time grandfather last summer.
