Mr. Byler has been successfully involved in the commercial development industry for over thirty years as a consulting project manager and owner’s representative. And for the past two decades, he has been a key participant in the development of many Native-American projects. Mr. Byler began his career as a project manager with the prestigious international architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). He was later appointed Director of Development for an international commercial development company in Seattle, and in 1989, formed GBA. Through his leadership and vision, GBA developed a solid reputation for providing creative and imaginative solutions to a variety of project challenges, guided by a primary objective to create value for the client. Mr. Byler has been involved in a variety of commercial projects including casinos, hotels, mixed-use projects, office and retail centers, restaurants, industrial, medical and educational facilities, as well as residential communities. An unusual energy and high standard of professional conduct characterize his management style, and GBA has developed a solid reputation for reliably successful project management, consistently delivering completed projects ‘on time and under budget’. Mr. Byler is equipped with competent and decisive project management skills, and offers a comprehensive, solution-oriented approach to planning, design and construction challenges.
