Mr. Matthew L. Morgan, Esq. (Chickasaw/Choctaw) currently serves as the Chairman of the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association and the Executive Officer/General Counsel for the Office of Government Affairs & Partnerships at the Chickasaw Nation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Indian Gaming Association. He has held various positions over his 20+ years at the Chickasaw including serving as the Director of Gaming Affairs, 2 terms as the Gaming Commissioner, an associate General Counsel for the Chickasaw Nation and General Counsel to the Office of the Gaming Commissioner. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his Juris Doctorate from the College of Law and a Bachelor Business Administration from the Price School of Business. He and his wife, Shannon Morgan, have four children and reside in Goldsby, OK.
