A member of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, Kelly has over 13 years of experience in gaming working for both Gaming Commissions and Casino Operations. Kelly is the Chairperson for the Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association and a Board Member for the National Tribal Gaming Commissioner/Regulators. She also currently serves as Chairperson of the Iowa Tribe Gaming Commission.
