Brad Schulz has 30 years of extensive experience in architectural project and firm management. He has been Principal-in-Charge for major hospitality projects providing leadership from project inception through move in. He has a proven history in all types of project delivery including Design/Build and a record of improved efficiency, productivity and profitability. He is known for managing through effective communication skills including listening to clients’ needs, evaluating options and providing appropriate solutions. Brad was elevated to a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects in 2010.
